Deliveries within the UK

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 or FREE when you spend over £80. 

For orders placed on a weekday goods will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

RETURNS

Our returns window is 28 days from the day you receive your order, except sale items which are unreturnable.

Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Returns Procedure

The procedure for online returns is as follows:

Complete the returns form provided with your original order and enclose it with the goods you are returning.

So long as the goods are in the original packaging, and with all tags still intact and attached, we will process your return.  

The customer is responsible for the cost of postage.  You should ensure you retain proof of postage for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
